All orders are processed within 1 to 5 business days after your order is placed, unless a different processing time is noted on the product page or at checkout. Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

We currently ship via UPS, DHL, or USPS. Transit times are provided by the carrier and are estimates only. 1TWENTY9 is not responsible for carrier delays due to weather, high volume periods, or other issues outside of our control.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order total, shipping address, and selected service. Any applicable taxes or duties will be shown at checkout where available.

 

Promotional or free shipping offers, when available, will be clearly indicated and applied according to the terms of the promotion.

 

Order Changes and Address Accuracy

 

Please review your shipping address carefully before completing your order. 1TWENTY9 is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or undeliverable address provided by the customer.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

 

Once an order has been scanned and accepted by UPS, DHL, or USPS, it is considered delivered into the care of the carrier.

 

1TWENTY9 is not responsible for packages that are lost, misdelivered, or stolen after they have been confirmed as delivered by the carrier. In these cases, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim and investigate the shipment.

If your order arrives damaged, save all packaging materials and the damaged item, and contact us within 5 business days of delivery with your order number and photos so we can review next steps.
